I have met many people whose new year’s resolution was to loose weight. But at the end of another year, they had gained more pounds, further compounding their problems. Weight is such a serious issue, and to be able to get the best part of the cake you must be able to struggle with other guests. Setting up diet after diet has never been the solution as many have discovered.
The power of loosing weight lies in two things, one is your willingness and commitment to take away a few pounds and the other is the availability of the necessary diet pills. Diet pills reduce your desire for food allowing your body to utilize everything, of most of the things you ingested.
Being committed will mean in this context, breaking away from the old behaviors that got you where you are, and inserting there behaviors that will gear you towards the exercise.
It will never matter how many therapists you go to, but it will depend wit h that paradigm shift. A commitment for example to eat half a portion of your daily intake will help you change your metabolism and set your body clock
Secondly you must find a partner who will be able to encourage you in your quest. Being alone means that you will not be strict on yourself and will allow indulgences that may never help you focus on what you want.
Putting yourself on an elaborate diet will only serve to tempt you to slide back into your previous habit. The best option I believe is just reducing the potion and engaging in activities that will help you loose weight.
