Do not for a moment think that you have struck a profitable deal by doing that. Just have a look at what you are going to miss and you will know how big a losing deal you have entered into.

First of all, you will have only the space for the office and you will have to move many places to set up and configure your office before you can really turn it out to be a real productive office. The kitchen may not be self-contained and there may not be a lounge at all.

There are no special offers available for traditional office spaces and the period of contract is often much longer. You will have to procure the furniture, contact with all the utility service provides and make fresh contracts, recruit or hire the staff for your office and buy or hire office equipments for use. 

Therefore, in the Dallas commercial real estate market, modern office spaces find more favor compared to the traditional office spaces.
